There's pretty much a straight line running through the highest-performing Instagram accounts - Oregon, Alabama, Clemson, Ohio State - with a slope of about 6-7 million interactions per post. While not shown on the graph, I am also on that line.
It's not necessarily disingenuous to say, "Take a look at our roster. You're pretty much a lock to start right away unless you have a foot amputated. Then it becomes 50/50."
Maybe better suited for the rumor mill, but since it's a publicly available rumor, Dan Patrick is claiming via anonymous source that OSU is close to falling below the minimum required number of players available for Monday.
He probably just meant "All-American in my heart." It's hard to say for sure, since there are probably several dozen organizations that put out pre-season All-American lists, but I didn't see any that included Quitty Paye or Aiden Bosinson.
The only notable thing about this is the claim that Clemson/Venables are somehow better at capturing and deciphering their opponents play calling signs than most everyone else is. If that's true, I hope the OSU staff figures out how to prevent it, and also how to do it.
Sure, but if you've adjusted your expectations so that slightly out-recruiting Penn State is the goal, because recruiting competitively against Ohio State isn't a realistic option, then that's not such a big problem.
