Oh my bad if I made it seem like you were. I agree, I think tempo needs to be used at times to throw off the defense. And OSU has the talent to do that.

I think there needs to be a balance of slow pace and fast pace. The offense can't live in a fast paced no huddle offense, as they could put more pressure on the defense if they can't constantly convert first downs and TDs. Some of the analysts were talking about this already

This will be the only way programs can protect themselves from players leaving every year for another program for a bigger deal. I don't blame UC(or any school tbh) for using this tactic.

I understand the sarcasm. But you don't want to compare the 2, Krenzels stats are laughable. McCarthy doesn't allow Krenzel anywhere near the chat. And his numbers weren't even that good

I couldn't bring myself to putting Pryor on the list because without his last year, his numbers are quite pedestrian. He's not even top 50 in career passing yards in the conference, and he'd be the lowest on this list for TDs scored. Now if TP had his senior year, I'd predict he'd be in the top...

JJ being the QB1 on an NC winning team deserves a spot on the top 12, imo.
