Tech is locked in above Oregon since Oregon isn’t playing this week. BYU and Tech will get to 4,5 with a BYU win. Similar to how Alabama is locked in above ND.
If Alabama and BYU win it will move Oregon to 7 playing Oklahoma.
Ballsy move would be to put BYU over them both. Then the teams that are in are in and it’s just playing for seeding.
