Do you think they would actually cut down on TV timeouts during the game? Shorter halftimes would shorten game enough so I don't have to miss the beginning of Ohio State games. I think the NFL only has 12 minute halftimes.

I would rather have the games go faster. There are way too many TV timeouts in college football and in the NFL also. Cutting down the halftime would be fine with me.
