Does the university pay the NIL money, or is that between the sponsors and the athlete? I was under the impression (perhaps erroneously) that the University had nothing to do with the putting the players in touch with sponsors/negotiations/contracts/payments/appearances/ etc.

And that will depend on how many tackles Walker can break. He's a great RB, and barring injury, will get the ball 30-35 times. If OSU's defenders get a hand on him, they need to get him down more often than not. Poor tackling can absolutely cost OSU this game.
