He's OL all the way, maybe a 5 star. DT was addressed aggressively in the '08 class (Goebel, Rowell, and maybe Mobley) and we already might have the best one in the nation in '09 with John Simon, among other targets.

Wouldn't be surprised if it came before the spring game, that would probably pull a lot of weight during the visit. OSU is hardly waiting along the sidelines on this one...

Muldoon is also Ryan Lukens' cousins. He grew up in the same area as Ryan and went to the same grade school. His uncles are Bill and Joe Lukens who also played to OSU.

ESPN (not insider) Jaamal has clearly been through a lot. Struggled with grades early on but has worked his TAIL off to get where he is today. Sounds like a great kid who has clearly learned from his mistakes. Here's to hoping for an offer soon...

Interesting he says he does have a favorite at this time but will not divulge it. As far as I have ready tOSU is the only spring game he has concrete plans to attend... I've got a good feeling about that leader.

I 100% agree, look at the recruiting service's rankings now and look at them in 10 months, so much is going to change. I like the increased popularity of the UA game though, as it seems like it uses a much more neutral selection process than the AA game.

Names of interest so far include: Corey Adams, Darrell Givens, Victor Marc, Jaamal Berry, Melvin Fellows, Jack Mewhort, Duron Carter, Dre Kirkpatrick Only 45 names so far so the roster is not nearly complete.

I have heard the same things as HotMic. There are more OSU level prospects this year, but as far as D1 talent in general in Ohio, this year is not as deep. So I guess as far as OSU is concerned, it is deep, but generally speaking HotMic may be right. Anyways back to D.J...

I agree with pretty much everything you said. Stanton was painful to watch last year but honesty the Reds might keep him for depth with their lack of left-handed relief. But what is depth if it isn't quality depth? As far as the young arms... I can't help but think Bailey is going to show up...
