Lost to Virginia 8-7 in the bottom of the ninth. Beat Gardner Webb Friday 7-4 and Sat. night 8-3. One more with them today and then to UNC on Tues. and The Citadel at home on Wed. 23-12. Low to mid. 50's in Sim. RPI and moving up.

Took Liberty 3 straight. 17-1, 5-4. 5-4. Lost to Clemson 4-5 in 10. Beat Presbyterian 7-1 on Fri. and 15-3 yesterday. One more with them today and to 1/2 Virginia on Wednesday. 20-11 overall, 6-2 in conference. While not up to expectations, I still feel we will be really strong by the end...

Won two at San Diego 8-3 and 6-0. Lost the first two at Pepperdine 2-1 and 2-1. Behind today 4-1 in the fifth. Haven't been swept since Miami Fla. about 7 years ago....

Dropped one to Kent State 2-0 yesterday in a very well pitched game on both sides, Andrew Chafin from Kent State was very, very good. Beat the Domers today 4- 3, and finish up the weekend with UAB in Myrtle Beach tomorrow. 10-5, but should be better.
