The O Line room is about to change IMO. I hope Kelly can find the mix he wants. But all the cards are being reshuffled and maybe there is a spring OL transfer? But either way, the whole O Line position group is wide open right now IMO.

Seeing a guy at the end of his tenure and who clearly has lost his team is rough to watch. I feel bad for the guy. Put him out of his misery. Fire the guy for Pete’s sake. Show some mercy.

Normally would agree about “sticking to your word” etc, but the uncertainties related to the timelines of coaching vacancies give them a little bit of grace with me. It’s a very demanding and fluid career.

Agreed. Just making a general comment that it must be tough for a young person with everyone in their ear with their own agendas It’s easy to criticize decisions from the sidelines I doubt I would have handled recruiting very well when I as a 17 or 18 year old.

I don’t envy these kids trying to make tough decisions with everyone in their ear with their own bias. You’d have to really have a small and tight team helping you make a decision and a solid plan for how to decide.

When all the team does is lose, the worse case scenario is a low bar
