    2011 Rivals/Scout/etc. National & Regional Rankings

You're right. He's the 81st best player in the nation! :wink2:

'12 OH WR Dwayne Stanford (Oregon Verbal)

Love the music in that video...not what I was expecting, lol.

'12 OH WR Dwayne Stanford (Oregon Verbal)

Offered, per BN. Can't read the article, but it's on their front page.

'11 FL WR Ja'Juan Story (Florida Signee - Transfer to TCU)

Great move, IMO. Provided he actually makes it on campus...

'11 GA LB James Vaughters (Stanford Signee)

I think the kid probably realized in the back of his mind that Harbaugh probably wasn't going to be his coach his entire 4 years at Stanford. If he's determined to get that Stanford education, he'll stick with them.

    Cbf40's look at '11 recruiting

We'll see after he visits. I thought the conventional wisdom was that if didn't stay out west (probably UCLA) that OSU had as good a shot as any? He's gotta be looking at who we lose and see some playing time available next year...

    Cbf40's look at '11 recruiting

I'm thinking Shazier, Price, D. Grant, Moore and Walker to finish out the class. Curtis Grant has been a silent to Florida for a while now, and hiring a great recruiter like Muschamp isn't changing that. Gorman I think chooses Florida as a compromise pick. Carradine will be a Nole by the end...

'11 FL DB Jabari Gorman (Florida Signee)

I don't think Urban retires really changes anything. Florida is still Florida, and will continue to be unless they completely screw the pooch with their next hire. Ultimately, like has been the case since the beginning, it will come down to whether Jabari is willing to leave his family for...

'12 OH S George "Bam" Bradley (Pittsburgh Signee)

We don't recruit Trotwood kids, so I'm not really surprised. Hopefully that changes if this kid is as good as advertised....

'11 OH ATH Akise Teague (Cincinnati Signee)

The kid would be worth a scholarship on return ability alone. Personally, I think he could be a running back here, but more than likely he's a slot receiver. Nothing wrong with that, IMO. Just get the ball in his hands a few times a game and see what he can do.

    CB Doran Grant (Official Thread)

He's visiting MSU this weekend, I believe.

'11 JUCO DE Cornelius "Tank" Carradine (Florida State Signee)

That's his likely landing spot, IMO.

DE Kenny Hayes (transfer to Toledo)

Those are his stats for the whole season? That has to be a mis-print...

'12 PA RB Rushel Shell (Pitt Signee; Transfer to West Virginia)

It's not like we stopped recruiting him. If he still wants to be a Buckeye, I think the staff would find a way to take him even with the low numbers. I doubt he ends up here, but not because we don't want him...

    Jadeveon Clowney (DE Carolina Panthers)

Yes. I would also buy a sports almanac so I could place a couple bets. I'm a bad person.

    Jadeveon Clowney (DE Carolina Panthers)

If I had a time machine, I'd go back about 10 years and show this film to a Columbus-area business man who could offer Jadeveon's mother a nice job.

'12 FL OL Evan Goodman (Arizona State Verbal)

Film (free) http://ohiostate.scout.com/2/1006512.html I dunno how heavily we'll pursue given the limited numbers and strong OL class in Ohio, but this kid is an animal. Incredible mobility and very tenacious. Probably an interior guy due to his height, but he is super impressive....

'12 PA RB Rushel Shell (Pitt Signee; Transfer to West Virginia)

IMO, this is a guy you make room for, regardless of how many backs you already have. Just a matter of whether or not he wants to compete with the other guys. We seem to worry about scholarship numbers every year, and every year it doesn't end up being a problem. A class starting at 13-14 two...

    WR Corey Smith (Official Thread)

Personally, I like Monty Maderis as the top WR in state for 2012. He's a little bigger than Smith at 6'2, and he's putting up great numbers so far against great competition.

'12 CA TE Taylor McNamara (Oklahoma Verbal)

They've always gone after pass-catching tight ends....just couldn't sign one.
