    2006 tickets

Just paid $1210 for mine, got tired of waiting for the website, and don't want to chance scalping, or soing to the Schott early in the morning...I like the peace of mind knowing I just need to get my gameface on at Hineygate. I would think 5am might be a little early for the early season...

Diet cola, but I guess I drink it all day every day.

I made some 8X10 photos of key players. Not an autograph hound, but they will look nice on my wall. There is nothing wrong with some personalized memorabilia from some of your favorite players. I got 3 of the 6 I was looking for. By the way I let at least 8 kids in front of me. Fortunately the...

I'm not a hump your leg type of guy while standing in line to get somewhere, but I had at least 10 people squeeze in front of me tonight. Very frustrating, but patience was the essence.

I liked the way his footwork looked during the drills. I think he will be solid in a few years. Kinda funny, but he got an ovation when he entered the playing field. Fans thinking he was Ginn even with the black jersey. Good opportunity for the freshman players to experience 1/4 of the shoe...

I think it was somewhat of a spur of the moment thing, and an unexpected turnout for the recent announcement. While it was very unorganized, it was very nice overall. I also waited it out in the long line at the North end, but was able to put 2 and 2 together to figure out where to be for the...

per the ozone http://www.theozone.net/ August 21, 2006 11:10 PM Football: A crowd on 28,000 showed up tonight at Ohio Stadium for the night practice and autograph session. Line were long for autographs, but the Buckeyes started a half-hour early and signed for an hour-and-a-half giving fans...

Luck of the draw somewhat. I figured the S?E corner was near the player entrance, and that is where all the security was, so I lucked out with Tressel, Smith, and Gonzo. They actually set up a baracade after a while in that section, but I did not see any others...looked like a free for all...

Forgot I figure about 65%-70% of A deck was filled excluding the south stands. My Guess would be 20-25K people. Of course there were plenty of people in B deck, but it wasn't sardined like normal games. Good turnout in my opinion

Just got home as well. Thought it was a great time for the fans. The whole autograph thing was sort of a fiasco. People were crowding, etc. I was lucky enough to get Tressel, Smith, and Gonzo to sign some pictures. Those 3 were at the table in the S/E corner. Thought Pettrey had a big leg, put a...

    The Contender

Viewing it the same way. Liking the silent but winning the fight type. I know I am ready to see that Jeff guy who had the pox last season finally fight. He's got to be the weakest!? Seems more like a cheerleader every episode.

    The Contender

Actually forgot about Sly missing! How sad is that? I love the 5 round slugfests. Sure beats the other reality out there. Thought it was another decent fight tonight.

    2006 Ticket Discussion (merged)

Just got off the phone with the ticket office. The gal I talked to said they don't expect to have any tickets go on sale to the public via their website. I hope this isn't the case as I have been able to pick up a few here and there for the last 3 years. Looks like I might have to go the...

    How are we staying sane?

More of a reader than a poster. Appreciate all the insight from several individuals. But, I could sure use some factual 2006 The Ohio State Buckeye football season information! 28 Days! And, I just finished watching "Rudy" on HBO Family West And, just got myself a 28 Day left beer refill.
