If you're running out the game, like against scUM south, then sure.
But you need points in this case. There was still too much time left for another 3 downs to take enough time off - unless you score more points there. (which thankfully we did)
You're only up by 4, and last I checked, a TD is...
1. TP threw a really bad INT
2. TP got hurt
3. Bauserman is no kind of answer, for sure
4. It was really windy
With all that, and the defense controllig them really well after that first drive, JT just decided to make sure to win the game, stats be damned.
It took Herron a while to get...
On that post game show with Demetrius Stanley, they showed a clip where Tress said it was a muscle thing, he thought. Didn't think it was THAT serious (season-ending)
Didn't hear all the clip, though.
We'll still have Jordan Hall on the team. You don't not use a guy with a 598 passer rating!!
Anyway, I see we're offering Shell also.
Looks like we may have to come up with some kind of snappy nickname if we land this trio of RBs.
Well, maybe it's just me, but C Bryant jumped out at me on Saturday.
Reminded me of the first time I saw Doss on the field. There's something different about him. Plays with, I don't know, savagery.
Yes, it's becoming more an more apparent that Zach is the key to our running game.
We are having little to no success in the stretch plays and other plays out of single back formations.
Boren in there makes a huge difference - see the third and one yesterday that Saine gained about 20 yards...
I know we're not to "bash" players on here, but I hope we're allowed to critique them.
Watched the Glenville game today, and I don't think he's an elite prospect.
He either can't - or won't - move. If there's somebody lined up right across from him to lock onto and drive, he's fine. If not...
That's why I posted about the same thing a few days ago.
He's fading fast.
This should be his last year. For his sake, I'd hate to see a tragedy on the sidelines of a game or during practice next year.
Well, it's time to break out the "statue" jokes again. I just watched William Campbell play football.
BTN showing scUM's fal camp.
S-L-O-W
They have to time his forty with a sun dial (although I don't even know if he could make it the full 40 yards)
I guess he'll be in on the QB sneak...
Tell that to Nebraska.
And Alabama, for that matter.
I agree that it's an advantage to be able to rotate a bunch of guys in there who are effective, but i want to see Heyward on the field alot more this year, as well as Simon. Let the other guys rotate more often than those two.
1. scUM will beat tOSU in men's gymnastics
2. Me and Leo DiCaprio will be at a Hollywood party together, and some supermodel will go home with me instead of him.
3. Taos will go five straight days without getting stoned, but nobody will realize it because his posts still won't make any...
