Chi Thai in New Albany is some of the best I've found around. It's a bit more up-scale than your typical small Chinese restaurant, but it isn't as up-scale as PF Chang's. Plus this is better than PF Changs. If you want something a bit faster, Pei Wei or Mark Pi's are both very good.

I'm still playing. Level 60 wizard in Act 2 Inferno, and I've got a few other characters, including Hardcore, that I've been working on as well. The game does get repetitive, but i still find it fun. Once I beat the game on Inferno, I'll just focus on achievements then.
