    Otis lives in Gallipolis, Oh and runs a 4.3 forty. Goober lives in Leesburgh, Va. and runs a 4.9 forty(he's a lineman). For the sake of this arguement, since Otis is further south than Goober, does that mean that, technically, Otis has southern speed ?
