We vote today on working 4 12-hour shifts with 3 days "guaranteed" off (Friday-Sunday) or keep working normal 8-hour shifts M-F and get assigned almost every Saturday. 12 hour shifts are not a long term solution, especially working four in a row. The main issue is junk equipment that never runs...

I know what your saying but my beef was more with the performance of the offensive line. Maybe not as terrible as some say but it left a lot to be desired and that shouldn't happen at OSU. But, like you said, he didn't hire himself. Now, where is that Nick Siciliano thread?

Last night of a two week stretch where we worked 12 hours a day. For some people that wouldn't be a huge deal but it doesn't leave you with any free time. I hate this place.
Love this kid's game - hits the hole at full speed. Might need some work with his throws but I think he's going to be very good after some time with our coaches.
Edit: apparently I haven't watched enough of his film. Scout listed his accuracy as a strength.
