uh no I don't think it would have made much difference. Doubt he runs much lower than a 4.63 next year. He proved he is instinctive and always around the ball, that got him drafted. Being 6'0" tall unless he was going to grow 2-3 inches next year he is probably a 2nd rounder in the '09 draft...

not sure I agree with that. Lofton would have went higher if he had better measurables, playing another year wasn't going to help. The 4.77 40 didn't help (although he ran 4.63 on pro day) and he isn't very big.
