Akron leads WCU 7-3 in the 6th. WCU is just not hitting like they have in past years. I remember we played them in a two game midweek series a few years ago and they hammered us.

Beals liked Vitek as a hitter when most were after him because of his arm. Beals has proven that he can spot a good stick, and i think we will see that in the coming years..more guys who can drive the baseball.
