I'd say it's almost a lock he's playing the 3-technique when he gets to Columbus. Once he gets in that strength and conditioning program, he'll naturally get to 300 pounds pretty quickly. With the depth they have on the edge with Spence, Miller, Pittman, Bennett, and Moore, I think he's headed...
I'd say there was a pretty good chance he was lying in the back of the police car (you can just kind of sense it) but he did end up passing the test so who knows.
Haha, I think it's more that Devin Smith likes the cameras on him.
The first episode was a little underwhelming IMO, but the last two have been good. It's been an entertaining series so far.
Plays:
Jacoby Boren
Taylor Decker
Bri'onte Dunn
Jamal Marcus
Noah Spence
Michael Thomas
Adolphus Washington
Camren Williams
David Perkins
Joshua Perry
Luke Roberts
Warren Ball (should RS though because of depth in front of him, but they probably won't)
Najee Murray
Tyvis Powell...
Shazier doesn't really look 230. I just don't see it at all. If that's his true weight, then man... he hides it pretty much better than any other 6-2, 230 person I've ever seen.
Yeah, the SEC bias is pretty annoying, but they do have that deal with them so it's to be expected. And yes... Mark May absolutely despises OSU and doesn't even try to hide it. It's almost comical.
Other than those two things, I really don't see the big deal.
Nice... really looking forward to this.
Can someone explain to me again though why Ohio State fans are so extremely BUTTHURT over ESPN? Because of the supposed bias they have against the school? Is that it? If so, it's not nearly as bad as people act like it is. Hating the network for other...
Is there any chance this game might be recorded and could be viewed later as a stream? It's just completely not working at all right now, and of course I'd really like to see this.
Man, it sure would be nice to still have BTN. I've only seen about 7 total plays because this stream is so awful.
Guess I'll just have to wait until the fall to see some OSU football. :mad2:
He's just getting overlooked. Those year-early mock drafts are always (understandably) terrible and pretty pointless. Half of those guys won't even be picked in the 1st round next april.
I really don't know where Simon will get drafted. He's going to do pretty well at the combine (4.75-4.80...
Not really surprised at Herron's slow forties.
Eh, wasn't really offended at all by Eisen's comments, even thought it was sort of funny. He always seems to make comments on Ohio State guys at the combine, and a lot of times it's positive.
I say he's a SSDE all the way, but that doesn't mean he can't play inside on passing downs. He looks like he's going to end up being a 270-285 pound end, so he should have no problem sliding inside. When the Giants go into their Nascar package, the two DT's are Jason Pierre Paul and Justin Tuck...
Now I know all that nfldraftscout.com can do is simply estimate his time since he hasn't been timed officially at the combine or whatever, but that seems like a pretty bad estimate. Guy's a good football player and I agree, he'd probably be the best fit for the Percy position (him or Corey...
Corey Brown seems like a decent candidate. Wasn't he a running back in high school anyway?
Him or Jordan Hall seem like the only options. Hall doesn't have much speed, but he could fit that hybrid role.
