    Great theory except for when you have people that have to follow each of those rules and you can't implant chips in them to keep track of every fucking movement they make. As a University it is your job to tell the kids the rules and do you best to make sure that the rules are followed...

    From what I have read it sounds like they killed off just about everyone from the first movie that sucked so bad and this is like a reboot, but with some of the history from teh first movie still in place like Zartan still replacing the President.
