MoC came into Ohio State as a true frosh and tore it up with like 1200 yards rushing. EzE has shown the ability to run against Florida A&M and Purdue. I'd hold off on comparing those two guys.
I think they're entirely different backs all together. MoC was a bulldog. I don't see that in...
The team goes as far as Braxton Miller takes them. I think his preseason limitations are precautionary, despite what we're hearing about getting his shoulder up to speed. Miller seems very genuine when he says he feels 100%, and I'm inclined to believe him. I think the coaches are trying to keep...
I remember reading how well he leads his teams. I like that obviously, especially in a quarterback. I feel comfortable with a guy like that behind center, despite his possible arm strength limitations.
Dontre Wilson will score 10+ touchdowns in 2014, 2 or more coming from special teams. He'll also amass more than 1,000 yards of offense this year (rushing + receiving.)
Braxton Miller wins the Heisman Trophy.
Ohio State rehires Waters, the former band director....
Based on that video from the 8/13 practice, Curtis Samuel is in there with the 1st team. Well, at least in one of the clips of the 1st team.
Also, that first clip of #42 smacking the shit out of tackling dummies appears to be Darius Slade. It looks like he must have had his black stripe removed...
I love popping into Tommy's Pizza after games. Might be more nostalgia for me, but it's a tradition from college. Pretty damn good pizza, and right there on Lane and Neal.
Alcohol while tailgating is prevalent. There will be cops monitoring the situation and generally, they are okay with people drinking alcohol so long as it's done respectfully and responsibly. They'll want to see you concealing the alcohol (red solo cups) and they'll want you being discreet about...
Braxton is thought of as one of the best runners in CFB, regardless of position. I'm not arguing we completely stop his designed runs, because that would be idiotic. I'm saying that I'm hoping we pick our spots with him a little better. For example, I don't want to see him laying out against...
I don't want our best offensive weapon dinged up. Thus, I think our coaches will look for ways to limit the hits he takes while searching for other ways to score. I think running the read option with a former QB turned H-back wouldn't be all that far fetched.
This post got me thinking. Guys like Jalin and Curtis played some QB in HS. Mainly to run the option. I'd imagine we could run a pretty good wildcat set with Jalin at QB or a pretty mean redzone ground attack with some of those guys.
The skills guys truly are skilled. In more things than one.
Samuel has some WHEELS. I heard in one of those interviews posted in the Fall Camp thread that he's around 197, while his Rivals profile listed him at 180. Pretty good size to go with those wheels.
Sort of reminds me of Reggie Bush. Reggie is about 1 inch taller, and obviously Reggie is...
I read that too and it got me excited to see Adolphus in action this year. I assume he'll be playing inside mostly, but he was pretty good at end for us during his FR year. I wonder if they'll use him at DE in the first few games at all while Spence is serving his suspension.
