Yes, Love is a top ten player but it is not about just aquiring top ten talent, its about building a team and I think Wiggins fit as a defensive specialist(potentially) is more important than adding a guy that can score and pass.
Technically your right, but Flip is going to wait it out for Wiggins, and when we do not offer, its going to be interesting to see what happens. Only way he does not is if GState decides to offer Thompson and finds a way for TWolves to shed JJ and Kevin Martin.
I respect you LJB, but again Cavs have the leverage, because we have Wiggins and he the most potential out of anything that is going to be offered, and again I'm not afraid to let the young man develop. This whole its going to take five years for him to reach his potential argument is...
Love is a helluva player, but Wiggins potential trumps what he brings right now. And its not being scared to be great, its called we have more leverage than Minnesota so why fold to their pressure, if Love gets moved to someone else so be it. Just like you guys are saying we still can make other...
Do you want the guy that can be Pippen or do you want Toni Kukoc?
I'm going to stick with Pippen, his ability to guard the others teams best player so Lebron doesn't have to and I will enjoy all of the amazing fast break highlights.
There was talk in the LJ Scott thread of Eze surprising people with his power this year and I ran into him and Bosa Saturday night, Eze is a ball of muscle. He looks the part and I think we are all expecting big things from him this year, especially if our O-line can gel and mature quickly.
I don't trade for Love now, wait to see how this team plays till the deadline, if Love gets traded before then oh well, we have a ton of assets and young guys going forward, no need to sacrifice that now especially Kyrie or Wiggins.
Yeah just mark may meatchicken, and Harris is on another level than Scott, and good luck to Scott at MSU, like others have said he will do a lot of damage there.
