Nope just Jwins cause he just tries to start arguments instead of productive recruiting discussion. I'm talking about 7 or 8 potential great position fills for 3 to 4 spots and he still thinks I'm trying to add 3 DT's which I never said.

Just stating i'd rather have those 8 guys and change a few of the earlier prospects. Your arguing isn't going to change my opinion, i've had no problems with any aspects of Meyer's other classes but this year played out a lot different. You obviously haven't watched Briscoe's HUDL highlights...

Never said 3 DTs only had 2 listed with the possibility of 4 guys for 2 spots. 3 dt's would be possible if the staff doesn't see any depth and likes to rotate 4 guys. Alabi could end up on the offensive line or at DT. Osu really doesn't turn away committed recruits other than Jacobs. That's the...

Still short on spots if Richmond, Harris, Gallimore, Beckner, Cager and Cole want to come aboard. Briscoe is a 4 star talent and Taylor is tough to turn away too. You could also change out webber for Harris and Wilkins and McLean for the other 2 spots. That's potentially 8 more spots that...

    tOSU Recruiting Discussion

The coaching staff and all the recruiting experts out there don't know anymore than we do about how a players career will turn out over the next 4 years. One player can turn a class. Troy Smith was the last guy in the 02 class but change him out with another player and we are a totally...

QB Joe Burrow (transfer to LSU, 2019 Heisman Winner, National Champion, Cincinnati Bengals)

Burrow showed some good wheels probably in the 4.55 to 4.6 range on his 2 long runs. His touch and accuracy were really on display. He didn't get a chance to show off his arm strength in the game but showed it warming up on the sidelines. With the temperature in the high teens, he had to make...

    tOSU Recruiting Discussion

There are guys turned away every year and there are multiple reasons. Malik Jefferson was turned away as soon as Baker was flipped. Harris, Beckner, Cager aren't in if there is no room left. Position needs fall into place here as well. If we need DTs desperately then we may need to take 2...

    tOSU Recruiting Discussion

Yeah I'm not talking about any of the guys you mentioned we've done great at LB and QB And above average at OL. Our class is already over numbers and there are many elite recruits still out there decommitted or still high on our board. It comes down to if we reached for a few guys with mediocre...

Yeah but we weren't stingy enough early on and it may have us turning away big name guys.

    tOSU Recruiting Discussion

I wouldn't be suprised to see 2 DT's out of these last few recruits our name is in the hat for 4 Elite DT's down the stretch. Briscoe looks like a 4 star all the way to me and shows great open field speed on his RB highlights. I think the staff is struggling how to decide to use these last few...

If we fill with those 3 positions our wants would be: Harris, Richmond/Wariboko, Gallimore. As of right now I think we get Weber, Bowen, Gallimore. With the talk about no one stepping up at the back up DT positions, that really is the most glaring need.

    RB/WR Curtis Samuel (Buffalo Bills)

Urban has me on speed dial because my insight is so valuable!

    RB/WR Curtis Samuel (Buffalo Bills)

They brought in Samuel as a lead blocker for Barrett against MSU. He's averaging 7.1 yards per carry, you have to get him a few touches. Meyer wouldn't start a true freshman if he couldn't block or wasn't a hard worker.

    RB/WR Curtis Samuel (Buffalo Bills)

I don't really get why he isn't being utilized at all by the offense other than comming in to block on a couple Barrett runs over the past few games. Has a great game against Illinois, then they basically shut him out the past 2 weeks.

    WR Devin Smith (National Champion)

Love how the coaches got him involved in the short and intermediate game. He's open all the time. This reciever depth and talent is really starting to show, other than a few miscues by Dontre. The recievers as a whole created great seperation and that they pushing each other extremely hard in...

WR Torrance Gibson (Green Bay Blizzard)

    Potential doesn't win games.
  17. buckeye4ever21

WR Torrance Gibson (Green Bay Blizzard)

He's not ready enough in the pass game yet to keep the defense honest.
  18. buckeye4ever21

WR Torrance Gibson (Green Bay Blizzard)

As a receiver use him, as a QB he really doesn't really add something we don't already have other than longer strides. If Braxton does not return that changes the picture. Just think about practice with Braxton, Barrett, Jones, Collier, Gibson, Burrow, and Marshall getting QB snaps. That's a...

WR Torrance Gibson (Green Bay Blizzard)

We have plenty of people to use as a wildcat QB. Why burn a year before he's ready. He needs to develop as a passer first.
  20. buckeye4ever21

WR Torrance Gibson (Green Bay Blizzard)

At the QB position there's a 100% chance he'll be redshirted next year. He'll be 3rd or 4th on the depth chart and he still has plenty to develop as a QB.
