Come on, Max. Let's see where the rubber meets the road so bite the bullet and play! Or are you going to punt with the bases loaded? If we played, I'd so kick your ass right in the face.
Nice post, but I don't want ESPN to "line up with us". Screw them. I'd rather have them talk about how we don't deserve to be included, even after we're selected as the 4th seed by the committee. Then have them explain themselves away as we win it all. That is scenario #1 in my mind...
If Missouri wins out, including a win in the SEC CCG over Miss St, Bama, or Auburn, they will be in. No doubt. And there will most likely be a team from the SEC west in also. Either the loser of the SEC CCG or the team that finished 2nd in the west. Don't get me wrong, I think it's...
Although I agree 100% with this comment, can you imagine the destruction it would cause??? From 3 SEC teams being in the early final 4, to NONE! ESPN would be so disgraced. It would be a fun thing to watch. Somehow, a non-SEC champ would make it. And it probably would be a team from the SEC...
I just really like the idea of Indiana going 0-fer in the B1G, but beating the SEC champ. Gotta wonder how that gets explained... Watch ESPN squirm out of that one.
1. Indiana is 0-4 against B1G teams, including getting hammered by a horrible Michigan team.
2. Indians is 1-0 against ESPN's beloved SEC conference.
3. The win isn't against just some SEC bottom feeder... it's against a team who is in the driver's seat for playing in the SEC championship...
A WR??? Are we that hard-up at WR that we want a 250 lb guy who runs a 4.6 playing WR? Or are we just that bored that we have this much time to daydream?
Nope. Maybe Samuel, but the other two are in the "Not as explosive in pads" category. I know I'll be reamed for that comment, but seriously, we've been begging way too long for Dontre and Marshall to do something and it's just not happening. The true playmakers (Ginn, Beanie,...) don't need...
Ran down the ramp a week ago for the Columbus Marathon. It was pretty cool being closed in this year with the new seats in the "open" end. Impressive buckeye leaf imprints on the floor. VERY cool running out of there and into such an enormous stadium. And yes, I'm a lot taller than most...
I'll have to look up the Indiana game from last year. I was there, and it was SNOWY and DARK. But, I guess it's possible it was late October and/or a 3:30 game. Meh, I don't feel like looking it up now. Maybe Mililani can do it for me and save me the 15 seconds.
