Actually, no, it does not. Well obese by definition does but they use Body Mass Index to determine who's obese. If they use just height and weight(most likely do) then it is an inaccurate meter of health. For instance, a fairly muscular 5'9 guy will be overweight/obese even with minimal body...

From the view of someone who follows recruiting though not very thoroughly and started to follow it only recently. IMO, this class has always been a hit or miss class. After filling the needs with early offers and commits the staff stuck to recruiting the high level recruits hard and waiting on...
