Bo felt so close at 174 to turning the tide on Hall at the end. We had so many small windows of opportunity, but we knew it was going to be tough, even without Nolf. I'm disappointed, but hopefully these guys get a little more of a taste for sweet payback in the B1G and NCAA's. We've seen...
Indiana's last three games have been competitive, so they'll probably give the Bucks a go for a while.
Bucks pull away and win 78-62, covering the -10.5 .

Didn't know they were scouring BP for some hot takes, but I'll keep that in mind next time.
I didn't see Young, at all. I didn't notice any shots from Andre Wesson, either. I saw the Dakich three and a layup by Potter, so I guess that was it? Like I said elsewhere, Potter is able (and needs) to contribute more out there. Even 6 or 7 a night from him would go a long ways.
That's too bad; he looks better than that. I felt he could have been a Boeckman-type of recruit, but I actually am not too worried about Baldwin after seeing his complete season. We're going to be just fine. Looks like a good offer.
I didn't mind the officiating so much in this game...KBD's fourth made no sense, but for the most part, I don't feel like we were getting hosed too bad. The Bucks have played really aggressive, physical defense all season, and it's worked well for them, but eventually you hit a game where you...
Tony Carr worries me a bit. He's not a fluke. The Shep guy hit six in his last game, so I wouldn't call him a fluke, either. Bucks are looking solid, though.
Yeah, they hit six threes, all early in the game. Don't know if it was a fluke, though. Some of those guys are pretty good....I just don't expect them to keep it up, but that kid at Nebraska did, so you never know.
I notice grad transfers aren't always what they're cracked up to be, also. Jaaron Simmons (ttun) and Mark Alstork (Illinois) are two Dayton kids who have been worthless moving up from the mid-levels.
The Bucks have the coach and mindset to ride this out. It is going to go down to the wire, obviously, but the Bucks can pull this one out. This team sure is building a lot of character. :streetball:
Yeah, I wrote about the OSU guards before we ditched Beverly and picked up Dakich! :pimp:
There was a slight chance that KBD and CJ Jackson would be this good this year, so I've got to say we're seeing the best-case scenarios for both! Gotta give Holt a lot of credit for these developments.
It's a ridiculous class, but it can actually work on the court. Williamson is an undersized PF, Reddish is an athletic 3, and Barrett, though 6-6, has always looked like a SG in his clips. You throw in Tre Jones, and the team is just short a center to make a starting five of freshmen.
I hate...
I'm not a big fan of bulking guys up for basketball, though there are definitely some advantages to be had with strength training. 6-6, 200 isn't too much weight, but I don't know if he's aiming for 220 or what. I don't know that I've seen any footage of his game which suggests bulking up is...
