I truly hate to do this, so I apologize in advance.
It wasn’t the term that prompted this, but he looked like Moss there. The size, speed, effortless play on the ball downfield. It’s like seeing him reincarnated as a teen.
Generational talent gets thrown around a little loosely in media...
Man, there really do need to be rules in one way or another. It’s such a free for all right now. Obviously I’ll live but at this point NIL is a drunk driver and the car that is CFB is swerving all over a mountainside road.
JT was literally my first thought - not saying the accuracy or strength is similar but the motion - is so similar. I’d argue JT’s was even slower; that dude looked like a pitcher winding up at times.
Good stuff
i only watched the throw on the left side; I’m not a coach of course but it looks like he has a really slight hitch or delay when he winds back to throw — or am I imagining things?
How can you possibly assign a probability value to a recruitment process? Where would you even start? Volume of documented visits per commitment?
Is it proven valuable yet? Or is it just a “it’s 2024 so we are on the advanced data train” thing
love his potential but need to see a consistent effort on the field. Physical talent is beyond elite but want to see those game tilting plays and influence passing games.
What are some of the specifics you guys are hoping to see as far as performance this season? Obviously we want to see it be the best ever but realistically:
1. I think the biggest for me is seeing JT establish consistency. Guy takes over two games per year it seems but other weeks if he were...
I was going to say, New England’s offensive talent could be strongly attributed to Belly just as much. I wouldn’t be bothered by a hire like BOB, he could be a very strong support mechanism for game management which is where Day seemingly continues to fail.
