Don't forget Yeldon, who should be much healthier against tOSU, after getting his ankle sprained in the LSU game. (Nov. 28) Sadly, I don't believe he will be 100 percent, due to practice reports.
Alabama played the last three games with several key players, on offense, banged up.
If they are 100 percent, Ala's offense could score 40 plus on tOSU.
Auburn will make WI 0-2 vs the SEC this season. AND yes I will be betting on Auburn on this game. Perhaps putting Ala and Aub in a teaser. I like the Tide over tOSU but
9 points is just too many.
I may be wrong, but I think the Tide has more depth. I know for a fact that Ala has more depth on the defensive line than in past years. If the *DB's come to play, Ala is really salty on defense. (*They brought it against Tex A&M and AR) The only thin spot on the Tide....is the OL, in my...
Excellent article, Of all the Tide players, O.J. Howard has been the biggest letdown.
He's got the size, speed and athleticism but he get's out jumped and out hustled time and time again, fails to make key blocks, and drops balls in the gut. I keep waiting for his " break out" game and wonder...
I think both teams are well coached and Alabama has more 4/5 star athletes. If both play their A game, I think the Tide wins in a close game. Ala did not play an A game against, Aub, AR, Ole Miss and West Va and Our best A game thus far was against Texas A and M.
I think our weakest link is OL run blocking and FG kicking. When we need two yards up the gut and folks stack the line.....our backs HAVE to make the play, because the OL has gotten whipped a few times. I think our DB's will surprise a few folks.
You don't win 12 games in the SEC or Big10 with slow teams. Teams have had trouble all year getting to the edge on the Ala defense and our DB's don't get out run......our DB's have just not made good plays/technique on deep balls.
