This is the one preseason interview I have watched so far that is definitely worth the watch. Carson is a badass and a funny dude, great leader for this team. He is going to be such a critical piece of a championship chase.

Ryan Day and LJ Sr seem to have the kid on speed dial, love it. If we added Hall, this would go from a ridiculous DL class to borderline unprecedented if we hold on to everyone. I say borderline because there have been some Clemson and Bama hauls in that stratosphere, but man I would be giddy.

Boyle smashed his way to a gold, nobody came close to him. Teched or pinned everyone he wrestled. Kid can be REALLY good here.

One thing I do like about having the portal is it gives a kid like Brady a backup if he shows up, competes and just doesn't win the job for whatever reason. I'm sure he'll be in the thick of the competition in a couple years though.

One thing that didn't dawn on me is that Alliegro couldn't come off the field for Wisconsin because he was their entire defense. He had to be exhausted out there. He won't have to be relied upon that heavily here, which should be to his benefit.

My confidence is high on him, his only busted plays he was inches away from making the play and in the right spot. When a player isn't in the right spot to make the play at CB, that's a huge issue. If he's there and is just missing making the play, he'll usually get it fixed. Like Iggy after he...
