I had to put Barley to sleep this week. Very sad. :(
That Mount Carmel job was more of a scheduling position than anything to do with my area of expertise. Felt like the interview went well but I knew from the start it wasn't a great fit. Have applications out, hoping to hear something this week. Whole thing is pretty nerve wracking.
I'll probably be employed through July. At that point I'll be receiving a severance package. Gotta decide whether I want to find something between August and January or go on unemployment and live off my savings. Just not sure what I want to do. I've been working steady, including the time I was in college, for over 20 years. -
