    Home Repairs/HoneyDo List/Advice & Tips/etc.

Yuk! Yuk! Can identify with the above. However, am not as talented as you guys are, when moved into 'retirement sized' home, built a large pergola in back yard, complete with 12' grill/serving/area, as well as adjacent sink/reefer/storage unit. In the three years gone, haven't even used it...

    OT Ethan Onianwa (Official Thread)

He appears to have a well developed lower body. Have learned a thing or three from BP. Most work on upper body, but the OL folk need to have the strong, firm base to withstand the bull rushes from the DL. Also, from my own experiences, easier to put on upper body muscle than lower body. More...

S Caleb Downs (All B1G, All-American, National Champion)

If anyone could direct me, would appreciate it. Watched Day on the B10 Days, and continue to be impressed with his 'silver tongue' when talking to the newsies. It covers the coaches, but would really like to see/hear the way our player representatives comport themselves on stage. Brody put up...

2027 OH OL Kalel Johnson (Verbal Offer)

Yeah, but does he have the requisite arm length? (tongue in cheek folks).

    QB Lincoln Kienholz (National Champion)

Most of us believe that Sayin will be under center against Texas. Hoping that he performs well, and leads tOSU to victory. However, will be interesting to see how much rope Day gives him, before putting in LK to see how well he does under fire.

Game Thread Texas at tOSU, Sat. Aug. 30th, 12pm ET, FOX

While reading Lindy's reports, appears that Texas's O will be practically new, and tOSU's D will be practically new. That should be an interesting match-up. Certainly Texas will be returning, much as tOSU will, talented players, albeit inexperienced as well. Have to give the edge to Texas in...

    OSU Women's Basketball Recruiting/Projections/General Discussions

In watching the WNBA, appears (at least to me), that when the announcers talk up the bigs, it's usually a southern school, or Ucon that's mentioned. Brink is an exception, but we've not really seen her play, as sidelined with a leg injury. Looking forward to seeing the new edition of tOSU...

    2025 scUM Shenanigans, Arguments, etc.

Interesting take. Yeah, believe Xichigan is looking around to see who they can get to advocate for them, and yeah, the B10 Commissioner is supposed to advocate for his teams, however, does he realize that he's actually advocating against the rest of the B10 by trying to minimize the impact on...

Neal Shipley - ex tOSU golfer, now touring pro

The vagaries of golf. Remember that a pro opened with an 82 at the Masters, and the next day shot a 62. All with the same swing and conditions. It's called 'golf'. One's a heartbreaker, and the next day a day to remember. Hope Neal finds some consistency, because he appears to have all the...

2026 IN WR Jerquaden Guilford is a Buckeye!!!

Gotta an idea. Let Hartline recruit 30 guys a year (yes, all WRs). Then maybe tOSU wins the mythical recruiting challenge. Then, as they attrit (word?), then bring in OL/DL/CB etc to make a team.....just kidding folks.

    2028 tOSU Recruiting Discussion

Well, if the dog bites as a puppy, will bite as a dog - John Cooper, circa IDK.

Neal Shipley - ex tOSU golfer, now touring pro

As a player, (please do not think I remotely play at this level), do recognize, and see that when these players win, they've been 'hot' for that week. The week prior, or week next, may not be at that level (reference 'the golf swing'), and/or putting eye. Anyway, it is truly difficult to...

2026 TX WR Brock Boyd is a Buckeye!!!

Betting that Coach Mick will work on Brock's lower body strength. Probably all of that and upper as well, oh wait. That's the total package. Hopefully we've got a Freddy Bilitnikoph (sp) on our hands. Go Bucks!

Neal Shipley - ex tOSU golfer, now touring pro

Wow! Doesn't sound like golf, but a putting tournament. OK, putting is 50% of the game (par is 72, and two putts per hole = 36 strokes). Can't even dream of 'blowing up' to a 69, and still have it 3 under par...Do wonder about the way that the PGA is 'easing' the way to get one's tour card...

    2026 tOSU Recruiting Discussion

One also would wonder (yeah, guess maybe only me?) which school might include graduate admission (medical, legal, business, ?) as an incentive? A well-paying job for mom and/or dad certainly, especially to the tweener in playing ability might move the needle one way or another. For a player...
