My apology. Byrnes did win the 2006 game. They lost the 2005 and 2004 games. The latter played in Spartanburg was 49-7 and the most points Byrnes had allowed in 52 years. Independence did spot Byrnes 13 points in the 2005 game which was when both teams pulled the starting players. Indy then won...

Byrnes We beat Byrnes earlier in the year. Actually we've beaten Byrnes 2 years in a row. They were of course exibition games. I'd like to see Independence travel during the regular season but it is a case of politics here. :gobucks1:
