WR Ted Ginn, Jr. (Official Thread)

One of OSU's unsung heroes is junior Antonio Smith. He plays on all of the special units and has been praised on an almost weekly basis by the coaches for his efforts.

I watched the game again last night. On Teddy's kickoff return, Antonio Smith knocks a guy sideways about 5 yards right just as Teddy's faking to Gonzo. Nessler correctly pointed out a good block by Stan White, Jr. on the play, but Smith's block was just as important, opening up that wide alley.

Oooohhh, I got tingles reading that one. This young #7 playing both ways gets me thinking about the former #7 (Gamble) that was more defensive but excelled none-the-less in a star shinning way!

Nice find Josh.

Also, I might be pushing it but didnt Gonzo come here as a nationally touted DB? If Ginn didnt work out both ways, Im sure our other flanker might be pretty good at it.

Glad you pointed him out, b/c he has cost us on a number of returns with penalties. Glad to see him also helping us out bigtime.
Who could Ginn hand the ball to after he scores? We need a little fa.....shizzel! How about Eddie George? Or Chris Carter?
we also need a jet to pick up recruits, more suicide pranks and thugs in our lockerroom at halftime :roll1:

How come Ted doesnt get the ball much?

im watching the game and teddy rarely gets a pass thrown to him. He's a explosive player. He should get the ball at least 5 times a game or more.

edit - closed this thread, we have a Teddy thread - BB73
