City: Central rallies to beat Hilliard on sloppy field
HILLIARD, Ohio - Dane Sanzenbacher worked his magic again as Central Catholic (2-0) came from behind to dump Hilliard Darby 14-7 on a sloppy field.
Darby (1-1) scored first on a 25-yard pass play in the second quarter before Sanzenbacher and the Irish went to work.
Sanzenbacher scored on an 11-yard pass from Tyler Kleeberger, but the Irish trailed 7-6 after the extra point was missed.
Central went ahead with about eight minutes to play as Sanzenbacher broke loose for a 79-yard TD reception from Kleeberger. Sanzenbacher then threw a pass to Kleeberger for two points.
Sanzenbacher snared 13 passes for 260 yards.
