I know I'm looking a game ahead, but I can't wait for next weekend to get here. Bears at Lions on MNF.

I just want to hear Gruden say Sanzenbacher 100 times, even when Dane isn't on the field.

He still catches the football and runs well without all that ink. He was what Buckeye faithful wanted to see. He did it right despite the odds. Just maybe he will be a coach someday and instill his young players with the same Buckeye spirit. Someone needs to keep the spirit alive.

It was mostly on the last drive as time was winding down. The Lions had the deep routes covered and Dane was consistently open on crossing routes. He was able to get out of bounds once, iirc.

At any rate, when he first checked in, Tirico said " there's your guy, Jon" to which Gruden gave a hearty "Sanzenbacha!". Was pretty funny.

Gruden called Dane a good player - he certainly was TP's safety valve sure catch type receiver. Cutler and the Bears could use a few more the this rookie

Dane had 10 targets and 6 catches for 64 yards. He's becoming an option in fantasy. Granted most of those targets came at the end of the game, but it shows how much Cutler likes him.
