Who thinks they are getting fired tommorow?

Dude, you must be the worst employee ever b/c all I ever here from you is how you don't get along with this manger and that regional manager.

Maybe it's time to get out of that line of work!

See you on the 1st tee.
Actually its the most ass backwards company that I have ever worked for. They are not sure what exactly they want to be. They just throw shit at the wall to see what sticks. and what is stupid is they have quality food, if they would just let the food speak for it's self then they would be able to make some waves.

And anytime your regional calls and wants to meet you away from the store and hour before your shift to "discuss" things. your screwed

Do you agree though that you haven't had the best luck in the food industry?

What does the regional want to meet with you about?

Agreed, about the food service thing, thus while I have looking for a new job for a few months, I have been trying to avoid food service, unless I go back to server, where I can make My own money.

As for what she wants to meet about, she just said to discuss some things. Nothing like having to drive all teh way to Easton to get fired, when you live in Hilliard

He probably just wants to talk to you about how much onions you are using under the burgers while they are steaming, or maybe you don't have on enough flair. He probably does not want to embarrass you in front of the other crew members. Especially the guy on fries he is already unstable. :wink2:

Does not sound like you are happy there, if not, who cares you can find a better job anyway. At least its summer time. I got canned in the middle of winter, went 4 months without working and never got to play golf once.

I spend so much time goofing off at work that I always wonder if they will fire me. Then I remember that they are making a shitload of money off of my clients and don't give me enough of it. Also, everyone knows that I have to deal with some of the dumbest clients that we have and no one else wants to do my job. Then I start to feel secure. Really they should start worrying more about me leaving than me worry about getting fired.

And that is a good perspective to have in your situation.

Ever thought of going it alone?

Here is a tale though of someone axed for a pretty big Fuck up. I can't quite fill in the the "on" part of the name but Fubon must mean "Fucked up Beyond ...."

Somebody's sure to notice this...

TAIPEI (Reuters) - A Taiwan stock trader mistakenly bought T$7.9 billion ($251 million) worth of shares with a mis-stroke of her computer, meaning her company is looking at a paper loss of more than $12 million and she is looking for a new job.

The trader with Fubon Securities mis-keyed in a small order from Merrill Lynch Monday, creating confusion when many small firms inexplicably surged the 7 percent trading limit.

"Something like this is difficult to explain to superiors," a Fubon executive said Tuesday.

Fubon said that the trader was unfamiliar with new computer systems and would be fired.

"There is a paper loss of more than T$400 million," said the executive.

"However, with a good outlook for stocks in the second half, there are no plans to sell the shares in the near term."

I'm an intern where I work so firing me would be pointless because I'm only temporary...funny how I make more in 3 months than my mother does in 3 and shes been teaching for 28 years...I feel bad for the hardworking teachers cause lord knows I couldn't deal with them 8 hours a day
