Be sure to keep in mind that the seating chart tends to change a little bit in the lower level from that of Saints Games.
For the Sugar Bowl, they pack in 1000-1500 kids (mostly high school marching bands for half time) on the field, on the sidelines... So those lower row seats between the 5 yard lines really aren't that great... You sit farther back than you would for a Saints Game and you have lots of stuff in your way.
I think the best seat in the house (regular seats, not suites) is lower row in the end zone and a great view!
Just my .02 to keep in mind when forking over the big dollars for seats. I was really disappointed with my 40 yard line seats 5 rows up.
