It’s time.
It’s The Game.
Nothing else matters.
If OSU wins one game all year, it must be this one. If OSU loses one game all year, it must NOT be this one.
The Buckeyes appear to be in a little bit of dysfunction with at least one player criticizing the play calling publicly and others agreeing with what that player said. A season of alleged discontent can be eradicated if OSU can beat TTUN.
And who knows, with a few upsets, the Buckeyes will get a chance to defend their title.
I would like to see that.
Here’s what else we at tBBC would like to see.
Scott
A win: That’s all I want.
Mali Buckeye
A win: Screw 1969 and 1986 … Khakis are tacky.
Offensive prowess: Seriously, it can only get better from here, right?
Defensive score: For whatever reason, I think Ohio State is going to need one.
Specialists: TTUN has a really good return game, unleash the piranhas.
Senioritis: For those of any/all grade that will have their last tilt in The Game, make this one memorable.
Braxton’s legacy: Leave it all on the field, young man.
Ken
A win because of
Better play calling which leads to
Zeke getting 3 TDs.
Michael
A win: Please God.
Elliott runs wild: 200+ yards. 3 TDs.
Harbaugh in jeans: What would it look like?
TTUN fans silenced: Shhhhhhh.
JC
A win: I need that to maintain a sense of sanity.
Ezekiel run crazy: I want to see him plow, dodge, and sprint. I want to see what he is and should be … a Heisman candidate.
Better play-calling: Beck and Warriner may be too late to salvage their jobs (wishful thinking), but this is Buckeyes football and it is in enemy territory in the roadkill section of America. So guys, chins up. Be smarter than we have been and open those playbooks.
Heidi interrupt the MSU & PSU game: Just because.
Charles
Better play calling: Shouldn’t be hard to improve on last week.
Zeke not start: While I agree on the play calling, he shouldn’t have made those comments and I would like to see some consequences for that.
TBDBITL: Show the fans up north what a real band is.
WVa Buckeye
Hangover medicine: Nothing cures a loss hangover more than beating TTUN.
Offensive surprise: Riding Ezekiel to a win may be the answer, but utilizing all of the weapons the Buckeyes have is the only way to gameplan TTUN.
Defense wins: Keep shutting teams down and please step up when needed, there’s still a minute chance to win it all.
Brandon
An offense: Find a way to exploit the Wolverine defense and attack it. Don’t get too cute and just make them stop it.
Don’t be Scurred: As part of that offense, throw between the hashes. I promise nothing bad happens … most of the time.
Defense, be you: Defense has been dominant. Don’t let them push you around.
Patrick
Play calling: Must improve. Meyer better get this right.
Shutdown defense: The defense is going to have to stop Butt to win this game.
Score early: Take the crowd out of the game early.
Mike
Win: Enough said.
