What are you OCD about? Everyone has that one thing that has to be just right


Mine:

My shirts have to be folded a certain way & lights on in a room that no one is in/electricity
 
I am OCD when it comes to organizing cables, in use or storage. I have a gigantic tube of various sizes of zip ties, and I collect the little twist ties to use as cheap cable bundlers/management (have a big ziploc bag full of twist ties, can't have too many). Also, the movies in my DVD rack. If I notice they're not in alphabetical order (i.e. I haven't been putting movies back, someone else has), they will be back in alphabetical order within a few minutes. There other things that will drive me nuts, but those are the biggest things that I can think of.

1) Checking my alarm clock.
2) Counting things
3) Getting things off of my DVR as soon as possible thus freeing up more space.

Such a great feeling when I watch about 4 shows in a night and clear up the menu.

Clean and organized wires like Mike. I cannot stand wires not being wrapped/tied and in place. Whenever I eat at a Hibachi grill I am fascinated by the cleaning of the grill; really weird but they have to get it clean or it bothers me.

Lists. I just like to jot down lists of things to do or I get anxious.

I don't like the odd numbers ending in 1, 3, 7, and 9. So whenever there's a volume setting, or temperature, or anything with a numeric setting, I always go to an even number.

5's are cool, too.

I'm just OCD all together. I do the cash in the wallet thing all facing forward thing, I load my dishwasher a certain way, I.hang all of my clothes according to style and then by color so all of the reds are together etc. I vacuum my house north and south.then east to west. It.goes on and on.
