Looks like Klose will end his World Cup career tied with another German (Gerd Muller) for 2nd on the all-time World Cup goals scored list at 14. That's 1 behind Brazilian great Ronaldo.
Thomas Muller, Diego Forlan, David Villa (Spain), and Wesley Sneijder (Netherlands) are all tied for the Golden Boot competition with 5 goals.

Just saw the highlights, and Forlan's goal. He has been the most outstanding player of the tournament, and I'm not sure it's even close. He has carried his side in ways other top scorers have not had to. Any time he touched the ball it seemed like he was about to do something special with it.
