The way espn has this set up, once you vote and submit your votes the results page is actually what they use to tabulate the votes. If you were to say, refresh the results page a couple times, that would count as additional votes. Not that I'd ever advocate stuffing the ballot box by repeatedly hitting F5 (the refresh key for most browsers) when you get to the results page...Just thought I'd share the information.
