Video of Urban Meyer and Chip Kelly breaking down Oregons offense last spring

Check out this espn video. It Sure does look a lot like our spring game. Looks like Urban was serious when he was saying he is committed to the oregon style of offense.

alot of the plays in the spring game were similar to the plays oregon used in the rose bowl like the play action bubble screen fake

I don't think he meant we'll run the same offense as them. I think he meant more of the tempo. Granted, there will be similar plays, but there will be a distinct difference.

Everything I saw from the spring game told me that it would be VERY similar to Oregon's offense.

So I stumbled upon this video..sorry, couldn't find it on YouTube. Anyway as I'm watching it just keeps getting better...and they start saying things and showing things that get me so pumped for our Buckeyes and our future I had to share. Urban Meyer is our coach...The friggin guy is here..at tOSU! This is from 2001 his first year at Bowling Green, yes I got pumped up watching a BG highlight reel from 2001 @ 4:30 in the A.M...I miss me some football so give me a break.

Listen at around 5:45, 6:31, watch the man at 11:02 and pay attention to what's being said at 13:45 mark....Who knew Toledo and scUM shared so much..and the last game at home for the seniors too..then during the end video/song /highlight montage check out Josh Harris he wears #5...it's kind of surreal.

P.S. If someone can get this in a way I can download it I'd appreciate it.

I'd love to see us run 100 offensive plays. Our record I believe is 101 against the Illini in '69....43-0..and I see it says 101 against TCU '27 but I can't find a score anywhere in their history or ours that shows we played them that year.

Anyone know what's the most plays we've run in the last 10 years?

The end of that interview was the most interesting. It's coaches like Meyer, and Kelly to a lesser extent, that will adapt the offense to the players rather than the other way around. Having Meyer on the sidelines is still surreal. I haven't been this excited about an OSU football season in years.
