Take the 95 all the way into Boulder City. Pass the light as Memorial, and the next one which goes to the lake. The highway will narrow to one lane, make a slow S curve, and straighten out. When you see the sidewalk cafes, look for Arizona and make a right. The big white building on your right is the Boulder Dam hotel, that's the place, Matteo's is in the basement.
