vBet for scarletmike, Ky Derby fix

OK, this vBet is to pay out the one that stayed open too long for the Derby.

Tonyank got paid for his bet that was placed ahead of time (via another horse).

scarletmike should place 200 on the 35-1 line to receive what he should have won.

Also, we've decided to allow those who placed vCash after the race was over to win roughly half of it back.

In order to do so, place these amounts on the 100-1 line:

muffler_dragon: 325,000
Tonyank: 25,000
buckeyboy: 1,000
Snappy-Jay: 133
OhioState001: 75
scarletmike: 45

Anybody else placing a vBet in this thread will make me do this again, so please don't do that, even as a joke - you'll just lose the vCash but it will waste my time.

I'll refrain from posting a bet in the additional payout, since I knew it was wrong, I was just feeling vgreedy at the time. Heck, I was expecting to lose it all. :p

Plus, now that it seems that the minimum amount of vcash I'll ever have is 10,000, I'm not too worried.

I finally settled this. I waited a week for Snappy-Jay, but since the Preakness is tomorrow I wanted to close this out.
