UCLA scores early in the 3rd to make it 14-7, UO, and Ricky calls an onside kick. The Ducks recover, and drive the short field to make it 21-7.
Couple that brilliant call with the 3 pass plays from his own 20 when down 7-0 in the final minute of the first half and Neuheisel is directly responsible for his team's deficit. The result of those fine plays were they left 50 seconds on the clock for UO and they scored a TD just before the half to make it 14-0.
Tresselball can get maddening at times but I'm glad JT rarely takes stupid, unnecessary chances.
