Cleveland Indians pitcher Trevor Bauer missed his Game 2 start after cutting his finger while repairing his drone, but the injury has still not healed, it seems.

The extra two days clearly didn’t do the job as MLB fans saw blood dripping from his finger in the first inning of Game 3, which caused him to leave the game.

And here’s his finger dripping blood.

The injury couldn’t come at a less opportune time for the Indians, either.

Bauer probably shouldn’t have tinkered with his drone until after the playoffs. The Indians had all the momentum in this series, and him leaving the game puts a serious strain on their bullpen.
