You've got the qb draw down pat. Maybe we can work on passing downfield this week.

id settle for passing to anyone in an tOSU jersey. forward, backward, in the stands... you know.. whichever would be a step up :p.

seriously though, while i think jz should start i think ts will play well so long as we don't shy away from letting him make plays with his arm. i think ts will have a very good game tomorrow and i seriously doubt there will be a qb controversy by games end.

troy throws a nice long ball, its hard to argue that.

troy throws a pretty good ball, period. i think he needs to learn to put a little more touch and a lot less rocket launcher on the short ones though. he also needs to regress back to how he was playing against scum and properly progressing through his reads. though in his defense it was his first game of the year, a MASSIVE game at that, and he was facing down a very good d. imo ts should not have been on the field. that really wasn't fair to him or his teamates. but yeah, i expect ts to have at least a "decent" game against san diego state and then rapidlly getting better from that point going forward.

Just remember the who ever is at QB tommorrow might show up to play and throw some nice passes but we need them to do this against Iowa and Meatchicken also. It's one thing for them to do it against SDSU but they need to be able to perform against top ranked schools as well. I just hope whoever we end up going with at the end of the game tommorrow is the starting QB the rest of the year I hate the QB by committee approach.

I don't know about a breakout game, at least on defense that is. You really could not ask for better effort from the D. And aside from the relative offensive merits of TX vs tOSU -- think of this -- no team will enter Conference play better prepared than the Buckeyes, none.

(And I do want to see about 40 Buckeye points on the board tomorrow, and I believe I will get my wish).

We're gonna be just fine at quarterback and the game plan is gonna make us all happy. If my hunch about Tressel is right, it's Africa week at the 'Shoe. The cheetahs need to run, the springboks need to jump, the lions need to roar.
