Which bowl game will be the destination for tOSU's football team after the 2008 season?

FYI:

If Penn State wins Saturday over Michigan State, PSU goes to the Rose, unless there are numerous upsets and they make it to the BCS Title game.

If MSU and tOSU win Saturday, tOSU goes to the Rose.
