COMPLAINT
1. On or about August 22, 2008, Tlangs said he thought a picture of Terrelle Pryor was probably not Pryor.
2. Tlangs further went on to claim the person in the picture was Daniel "Boom" Herron.
3. Tlangs claimed Herron wore #2 last year.
4. Tlangs suggested a re-numbering would be required this season if both players were to play

5. Plaintiff incorporates the allegations contained in paragraph 1 - 5 here as if fully rewritten.
6. The actions of Tlangs constitute wrong information and he should be flogged.
Count 2
7. Plaintiff incorporates the allegations contained in paragraph 1 - 6 here as if fully rewritten.
8. Tlangs incorrectly thinks Daniel Herron wore #2 in 2007.
9. Herron wore #1 in 2007 as he does in 2008.
10. Tlangs' false information has ruined Plaintiff's faith in humanity.

11. Plaintiff incorporates the allegations contained in paragraph 1 - 10 here as if fully rewritten.
12. Pryor wears #2 and Herron #1.
13. As such, both players need not change jersey numbers.
14. Defendant's suggestion to the contrary constitutes a fraud and a farce, as well as being highly inflammatory to Plaintiff's reputation.
Wherefore, Plaintiff demands damages in the amount of $77.00 or at least $49.95.
