He's back and better than ever!
    • So about two days ago my brakes started to slip a little. I thought to myself shit, this is going to suck getting new brakes right after the holidays, but knew I was going to have to bit the bullet and get them anyway. Yesterday with school and work I knew I wasn't going to have time but knew this morning I didn't have to work and don't have class until 5:30. So figured no problem drive down there and get them done. Problem is I started my car....started to pull out of the parking lot felt something slip....no big deal, went straight....hit the brakes........and no stopping. Pulled the emergency brake and fumed....now I sit here waiting for AAAto tow me to get new brakes.....fun

    Maybe you need to quit tailgating people and riding the brakes.

    BTW, brutusbabe said in another thread that she walks 10 miles on busy work nights at the Lizard, is that possible?

    I actually knew I was about ready for new brakes I'm at 76,000 miles and haven't had to get new brakes yet so I knew the day was coming soon.

    As far as walking 10 miles. if you are in the right section yes. Also if you have those people who you ask if anyone needs anythign and one person says yes....you go get the drink and come back and someone else says ohh I also need bbq.....you go and get that and walk back to the table and the person says,,,,ohhhh I did mustard....you go and get that and the person says....ohh I need napkins.....you get the point :)

    I don't believe you, I want you to wear one of those pedometers that keep track of foot steps and distance and get back to me. :biggrin:
