The Texas/Big 12 Saga

This is getting more than a little nuts now...earlier today ESPN was reporting it was official that Texas was going to the Pac 10.....then 2 hours later it was reporting they are staying in the B12 along with the rest of them (OU,OSU,TT,A&M) and Texas was going to launch it's own sports network. This is worse than a soap opera..lol

You're crazy. This is WAY better than a soap opera. This is funny as hell. Has anyone else noticed that ESPN has made no mention of the Big Ten as a potential suitor for Texas, or any other school for that matter? To me, it's been pretty obvious. Call me crazy but I think a lot of that can be attributed to them being scared of what the Big Ten Network will turn into once/if Texas comes on board. Just a theory.

Yeah any rumors of Texas to the Big 10 has pretty much died now. UT has been wanting to start their own network for years so they might use this whole situation as a bargining chip and come off looking like the savor of the B12.
