Agreed that bios usually include relations to former college/pro greats. However, Tatum is indeed an uncommon name (Jack Tatum is the only Tatum I've ever heard of...in my experiences in the Air Force, I've never seen nor met a Tatum, and I dealt with personnel lists with hundreds and even thousands of names on them). IIRC, Jack Tatum still lives in SoCal, so it stands to reason that a big football player named Tatum could be related.
